Use of TickLens
TickLens is designed to help pet owners visually inspect fur, bedding, and related surfaces. You are responsible for how you use the app and for any decisions you make after inspection.
No medical or veterinary advice
TickLens does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. AI results and filter views can be wrong. If you find a tick, symptoms, irritation, or have any concern about your pet, contact a veterinary professional.
AI limitations
The model is still being improved. It may miss ticks and may flag non-ticks such as curls, lint, seams, skin marks, blanket texture, carpet patterns, shadows, or toy parts. Treat possible findings as prompts for manual review.
Subscriptions
Premium access may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple through your Apple ID account settings.
Apple standard terms
Where applicable, your use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store.
